How we work
One of the unique features of our service is our client communication and support.
CONSULTATION
Following an initial approach, we will meet with you to help understand your business requirements, and discuss webserver options, domain name registration (if required), and web marketing strategy.
MOCKUP
After an initial design study, we will produce rough drafts of the website design, using graphics and photos from the internet, example pages and content. This ensures the client can see for themselves how the website might look.
AFTER DESIGN APPROVAL
We will complete the full website design, including banners, graphics, structure, and programming. This may require further consultation with the client, either in person, by phone, email or sometimes through social networking sites! Photo sessions can be scheduled either in-house or in conjunction with external photographic agencies.
TESTING
All features and designs are tested in a number of website browsers, including Safari, Firefox and Opera on Mac, and Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Opera on PC.
FINAL CONSULTATION
The website will be presented to the client, features demonstrated, and all subject to final approval. Possible marketing opportunities for the website launch may be discussed.
WEBSITE LAUNCH
The website will be uploaded to the designated webserver, and all features and design checked again. Early traffic will be monitored closely to identify anomalies.
POST LAUNCH SUPPORT
We will work with the client to ensure that the first few days and weeks post launch result in a high approval rating from the end users. This may entail some ‘tweaking’ of the design / structure. In the ensuing months, the website’s performance will be monitored regularly (subject to maintenance contract), and reports forwarded to the client.
